What are museums for?
People go to museums to be entertained just as much as they go (if not more than) for educational purposes.
Museums are quite often a stop for tourists who want to learn more about the area (or the culture of an an area) that they are visiting or simply because they wish to be entertained on a trip.
Parents take their small children to aquariums, zoos, and natural history museums not so much to learn but to see the animals/objects and be entertained by them.
Their are also people who go to museums because they know they have an exhibit on something they are interested in and wish to learn more about or simply to get a chance to see an object that they would never have a chance to see.
Then there are the people who go to museums for the sole purpose of learning. They either wish to learn more about a certain topic or they simply wish to gain a better about the world around them.
