Staff and Design
Staff:
Very friendly and helpful. Willing to volunteer help or assistance to visitors without them asking. The staff knows what they are talking about and makes the visitor feel comfortable with asking for help.
Design:
The museum is designed in a way that the visitor has control over which exhibits are visited. However its design also separates different exhibits in a way that is easy for the visitor to figure out. The design is productive to learning but also is set up in a way that allows those who attend for other than educational purposes to be entertained.
Visitor Thoughts:*
"There are many interesting and fun things to do when visiting the museum. We visit here many times a year and the kids always find something new and manage to stay entertained for hours."
"I think the different sections were nice, very informative and covered many interesting topics. There is so much to do it takes more than one visit to see it all. They have very good sections for kids with many interactive learning stations. I like their special interest attractions such as Star Wars or Lord of the Rings that really help to show the science behind some of the best loved pop culture movies. Their shows are interesting as well as educational, such as the lightning show or the animal show."
